Fit2AI Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
Fit2AI helps runners and other athletes review COROS workout data and chat with AI about individual workouts. This policy explains what data Fit2AI processes and how it is used.
Information We Process
- Account information from Sign in with Apple, such as your Apple account identifier and, when Apple provides it, your email address and display name.
- COROS authorization information, including your COROS account identifier and encrypted OAuth tokens needed to fetch your workouts after you connect COROS.
- Workout information you choose to load, including workout summaries, parsed FIT metrics such as heart rate, power, cadence, distance, time, laps, personal-record candidates, and chat messages.
- Subscription and entitlement information from StoreKit and App Store Server Notifications, including product identifiers, transaction identifiers, expiration dates, and revocation dates.
- Usage information needed to enforce AI quotas, including whether an interaction counts against the free lifetime quota or the Pro daily quota.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate your Fit2AI account and connect it to your COROS account.
- To fetch, parse, and display workouts that you request in the app.
- To provide AI-powered workout chat.
- To calculate and sync personal records.
- To verify subscriptions, restore purchases, enforce AI usage limits, and respond to subscription lifecycle events.
- To operate, debug, secure, and improve the service.
AI Processing
When you use AI features and allow the in-app AI-provider data-sharing prompt, Fit2AI sends the relevant workout summary, heart-rate and other metrics, and chat context to an AI provider so the requested response can be generated. Do not enter information you do not want processed for this purpose. Fit2AI is not a medical service and AI responses should not be treated as medical advice.
Data Storage and Retention
Fit2AI stores account, COROS connection, AI usage, subscription, and personal-record data in its backend. The app also stores local workout, FIT parsing, chat data, and AI-provider data-sharing consent on your device. Local app caches are cleared when you sign out or after in-app account deletion succeeds. We keep backend data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
Sharing
Fit2AI does not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Fit2AI, including cloud hosting, Apple services for authentication and subscriptions, COROS for connected workout access, and the AI provider used for generated responses.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Fit2AI account in Settings. The delete confirmation offers a subscription-management action so you can manage Apple billing before deleting the Fit2AI account. Account deletion attempts to revoke the stored Sign in with Apple credential, then removes your Fit2AI user record, sessions, COROS connection, backend personal records, backend AI usage records, and stored App Store subscription linkage. After backend deletion succeeds, the app also clears local workout, FIT parsing, chat, AI usage caches, and AI-provider data-sharing consent from the device. It does not cancel your Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Your Choices
- You can disconnect by deleting your Fit2AI account or revoking access through Apple or COROS where available.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can sign out in Settings to clear local app caches without deleting the backend account.
- You can avoid AI processing by not using AI chat.
